Engineering economics reviewer pdf

The process of licensing engineering practitioners is a legal activity governed by the laws of each state.

Registration is a two stage process. The first step is to pass the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam (in the past usually called the Engineer in Training --EIT-- exam). The second step involves passing the Principles and Practice examination.

In Iowa, the examination is organized by The Iowa Engineering and Land Surveying Examining Board, who in turn have appointed PCS to coordinate the examination. Further details can be found at http://www.pcshq.com

The FE examination consists of 180 questions, each being multiple choice with four possible answers. Of these, there are 120 questions in the exam taken in the morning, leaving 60 for the afternoon exam. The morning exam includes 5 questions on Engineering Economy.
